I always enjoy when a property is "as-advertised," or in this case, a little better. The history of the Mistletoe House (named because of the street address, not Christmas) is rich in a 100+ year old house. It is quaint without feeling small and it is five minutes or less from all the attractions of town. It is clean, inviting, convenient and the owners/managers are most accomodating.

The rental was everything we expected with some unexpected bonuses. There are two antique shops, and a great new restaurant just a block up the street. The famous German bakery is also walking distance. Beware lots of deer in the area and around the neighborhood:)

This house was very comfortable, very very clean. Decor was tasteful and everything was in brand new condition. Plenty of towels, soaps, coffee, nightlights, etc. The owners thought of everything We were cozy even in 8 degree overnight temps. Location can’t be beat. I was very impressed.

We loved the Mistletoe House. When we arrived it was all decorated for Christmas so that made me very happy. We loved the layout. We had my MIL with us so we let her stay downstairs and we took the room upstairs. The location was PERFECT! We were there the first weekend of Dec. so we were able to walk to watch the parade and not bother with parking.

We enjoyed this charming renovated home which includes one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a second bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The location was super convenient as we were able to easily walk to Main Street for dinner, shops, wine-tasting, etc. The kitchen includes a Keurig and coffee pods. It was perfect lodging for a weekend getaway!

Everything about this home was amazing! Super quaint cottage that has been completely updated. Period furnishings were adorable. You can tell the managers of this property go above and beyond to make a renter's experience a great one. Even provided extras like bottled water and coffee. Just two blocks from Main Street, it's walking distance to shopping and restaurants, so no parking issues. The management staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fredricksburg!

We had a great time at the rental. The kids loved staying upstairs in the cozy bedroom. The bathrooms were really nice upstairs and downstairs. Excellent place to stay that is within walking distance of Main Street on the west side of town.

My sis and I went for a get away. What a lovey home. Very clean, comfortable, and close to town; but quiet. We both said we would love to stay here again. We used the kitchen and it had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. It is 2 blocks from Main St. Everything we needed was there in the house. The beds were so comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and a nice place to wake up and have coffee out on the patio. It was clean and quiet. It was beautiful There was a whole list of places to go, along with live music venues. We went on a haunted Fredericksburg tour, and a winery tour. The decorations in the square and live nativity scene were just beautiful. We will stay at mistletoe house every chance we get.

A beautiful property that was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect for walking or driving to where we were headed.
