The Tuscan Cottage is a beautiful little cottage sitting on 40 scenic Texas Hill Country acres. The Tuscan Cottage has everything a modern traveler desires; all the modern conveniences and amenities coupled with the awe-inspiring Texas Hill Country setting. Enjoy the tranquil bliss and the panoramic views while you sit on one of your private porches; watching the white-tailed deer, sipping wine, or soaking in the hot tub.

We have stayed at this property multiple times over several years and have had a wonderful experience every time. It is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. It’s feels very secluded while still being close enough to town for convenience. We love staying here every time we visit Fredericksburg!

This cabin was amazing and more. It did not disappoint, the views were beautiful of the deer. The hot tub was amazing, they had two robes which gave it a romantic touch. The agent was very helpful and very fast responder through text even after hours. We def will be back.

The stay was great!!! It was a great location cause it was close to town but yet all the tree list you have privately . It was clean and had everything you need right there. The hot tub was assume. Customer was good and very quick to respond!!!!

I have stayed in a few different cabins in the hill country and I would have to say this one was by far and away the best. The location was very private we got in some stargazing with our telescope before hopping in the hot tub! Awesome views and very charming inside and out! Definitely would not only recommend but will return again!

My wife and I just spent a weekend at the Tuscan Cottage and we both decided we would be back as soon as we could, our stay there was extremely relaxing and private with views of the Texas Hill Country. The Humming birds and deer passing across our cottage made for great entertainment throughout the weekend with absolutely no TV necessary. We had a great time.

We celebrated 27 years of marriage. This place was awesome. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the scenery with plenty of deer, rabbits, and birds. The hot tub was an added bonus after a full day of walking and hiking. Had a great time star gazing at night. We will be back soon.

We had a nice stay at the Appian Way cottage recently. It is basically a one room studio place with a king size bed, kitchenette, sofa and tv. The photos are very accurate.
There's a lot of wildlife on the property and it was very peaceful.
In terms of improvement, we never could get the TV to work and there were no instructions for it. Likewise, there was no WiFi which wasn't mentioned in the house welcome documents. My boyfriend accidentally left his phone charger there. They offered to send it if we paid for postage as well as a $10 fee.

Cottage was wonderful. Very relaxing. We did have a problem with sugar ants getting into our food but I think it’s just that time of year. If I had any request it would be to have more cup towels, rags, and paper towels at the cabin. We absolutely love these cottages and will be returning!
