If you are looking for a place to gather and enjoy your time together this is the place for you. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for you and your guest. Large back patio to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a day spent on Main Street, or your morning coffee before a day of sight seeing. The home features a large living area to sit and relax and full kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals. Just a few blocks to shopping, wine rooms and Live music. Something for everyone. Great for a Lady's weekend or multiple couple getaway. No Pets Allowed. Children over 15 are welcome.

Different ways to book this property, If it is just 1 couple you will have access to one bedroom. The cost is $200.00 per night 2 night minimum.
2 couples access 2 bedrooms . The cost is $400.00 per night 2 night minimum.
3 couples access to all bedrooms. The cost is $600.00 per night 2 night minimum.
However you book you will have full access to the rest of the house.
House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones).
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
No Pets Allowed. Owner is highly allergic.
Children over 15 welcomed.
