No, owners have discretion about allowing pets. Pet-friendly properties tend to book at higher rates because for those who travel with their pets, this is a must-have. But this is not a requirement.
Does Fredericksburg Escape market its own properties?
While our CEO owns 7 properties locally, we do not leverage those properties or attempt to book them first. We also do not employ people who own properties in Fredericksburg. Each property has to stand on its own.
